Absolutely fantastic experience. Would thoroughly recommend for Gerbils and other small animals. Esme and her student assistant (sorry didn't get your name!) were fab with my partner and gerb.

I recently joined this practice for my new puppy. I was greeted, on my first visit, by welcoming friendly staff who were keen to learn about my puppy. They all had a cuddle with her! As other customers arrived it was clear that they were known by the staff, giving a personal service which I have never seen at other vet practices. The vet was caring, knowledgeable and gave handy tips and advice. I felt very at ease with her.First impressions are important and the staff certainly impressed me.

Can't rate this practice highly enough - it's a pleasure to visit,all the staff are friendly and efficient and the quality of care is absolutely excellent. We've just had our raggedy old-ish rescue, Florence, spayed (with a bit of trepidation, it can be a hard decision to make...) and it was an overwhelmingly positive experience...10 days later she's as bright as a button, the scar is barely detectable and we're really happy and grateful. It's a sign that all is well when, even after all that's happened to her, when I took Flo back for her final check-up she bounced into reception, quite happy to be there again!

The first time with our 2 kittens, when we walked into reception a lovely receptionist asked if we wanted to go around the corner to the cat waiting area. What a fab idea I had never seen that before it helped the kittens stay calm. The vet Bianca was really helpful and didn’t mind the questions we asked, we also liked it because the way the vet handled the kittens. The vets room was spotless

I take both my dogs here, you get a warm and friendly welcome as you enter reception and the dogs get a fuss and a treat, the vets and nurses are very helpful and friendly and take you step by step through everything

Absolutely fantastic gave my smudges a second chance after I was sure I'd lost him, such friendly helpful staff and very sensitive when you are very upset. Definitely recommend them 110%
