Jon and the team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have dealt with multiple estate agents over the last few years and i can hands down say Jon was one of the best. At a time when all estate agents were inundated with work and barely had the time or day to respond to emails/phone calls - the team were incredibly responsive. From the beginning to the end of the sale of our house, Jon and the team were professional under difficult and timely circumstances. I would not hesitate to use The Local Agent again at any point in the future.

Jon, Carlo and the team were absolutely amazing - after just a week on the market our property sold and I really believe that was down to their professionalism and hard work. Terrific support from the whole team. They sold my house in record time and then never left the process.
