Stormfront Apple Store Wimbledon is the horrible one.This the worst store I came across. They have a weird policy which I didn’t know compare to other apple stores and other retailers. They charged 15% of the products price even returning the product within 14 days once you opened the box. The issue is without opening the box and testing the product how would you know if you like it or not. The other issue is, I wanted to upgrade to a more powerful iPad Pro, even though, they didn’t agree.I requested help to transfer my data from my old PC to the MacBook I purchased from them, they charged me £39 non refundable fee and they didn’t transfer any data because my old PC is not an Apple product. How stupid is that company.I strongly advise to stay away from that particular store Stormfront Apple Store Wimbledon.On the other hand, I recently bought a Microsoft Surface laptop for my brother. We opened it and tried it and my brother didn’t like and we upgraded to another more powerful one and we didn’t have any single issue from returning that product with full refund and buy same company another powerful laptop within 28 days window.

This review is so overdue but needs to be done. My iPhone broke, kept turning off and unable to turn on. Just flashed the Apple sign. My phone network were unhelpful and a colleague suggested stormfront. Never realised how much of my life was on my phone and I was making a long journey which I needed my phone for the satnav. I went there, I think I was clearly flustered and upset and the 2 members of staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly. They spent time trying to get it to work and then had to send off reports to their head office. I waited there a good few hours (they kept checking in on me) and eventually they replaced the phone and sent me on my way - I could have hugged them. I wish I did this review sooner, it was probably almost 2 years ago so I don’t know if the staff work there anymore. But honestly, they were so great.

Booked an appointment by phone, popped in to store at my allotted time to have a new battery for my phone installed. Store manager was very helpful, and in less than two hours I picked up my phone. Good, straight forward service from friendly staff. Would definitely use this Stormfront again.

Went to this store today to enquire about and Iphone on finance. Sales rep was disinterested in explaining anything and put in the minimal effort to hold a conversation.So i am not going to buy from there and go to an Apple store

This is a 5 star review for Jack and not the store. Arrived with 2 slow MacBooks looking for advice. Initial store employee was incredibly unhelpful, borderline rude, and had an attitude to not be of any help. Fortunately Jack managed to not only give a few minutes of his expertise and look at the laptops but gave advice on solving the issues and alternatives about upgrades. Jack was incredibly professional with outstanding customer care and excellent technical skills.

I booked a repair for my laptop through the apple official app only to arrive in the store and to be told that my repair can’t be processed until 2 hours after my booked time due to the “Apple Repair Booking System” being available only in the afternoon?The question is why do you offer repair slots in the morning since you can’t commit to it?2 stars for friendly staff, -5 for efficiency tho.They politely told me to come back but considering my pointless travel time to the store and my friend making me aware of all the bad experiences and reviews people have left for this place I decided that I wouldn’t trust my laptop repair to them so I wouldn’t bothered to go back.

My phone was ruined not working after battery replacement and was approved by apple shop that my phone was perfect condition before they did the battery replacement. Instead of helping me to get my phone work . Stop manager James was trying to trick me into something I can't recognizing .when I tried to record the situation I was forced out the shop by someone called jack. It is very upsetting for a store manager being dishonest and tried to manipulate customer to accept and take responsibility for their wrong doing. It is totally unacceptable and I checked their reviews and found out similar things happened to other customers. Of course most staff are very friendly. The manager don't have basic skills to manage the shop and I feel very much let down by the way they treat people. Beware if you are service your item in the shop and don't let them lead you and lying about your item in the condition they tricked you into. That happened to me and luckily apple shop proved my phone is perfect and not bend as they imagined when wrongly put the camera side on the service and told me the phone bent . How perthetic and unprofessional! When they trying to force me to accept is bent which is only blemish . I rejected and want to record the evidence. They play dirty games and ask securities to force me leave!This is the shop you will experience. So be aware and good luck to all customers to shopping there and keep them have a job ! I hope these untrained managers in that shop learn to improve so the shop will not be closed.

It's been almost 2 months since I last used my macbook.My screen broke so sent it away with Stormfront Wimbledon to get it fixed (something that could have been fixed on the spot in an actual Apple genius bar). 2 weeks later screen is fixed but they destroyed my touch bar. Went back to send it away AGAIN. 2 weeks later NO UPDATE. I call them ask what on earth is taking them so long and they promised me the SECOND TIME to put me on the (non-existent) priority" list. Another week goes by with NO UPDATES yet again. I've been trying to call them again but they aren't picking up. I know how free the staff are there right now so it's truly baffling to see no one even TRYING to pick up the phone for the last 30 minutes. I mean I even avoided their oh so precious lunch break from 12pm to 2.30pm.Currently 3.13pm and nobody has even bothered to pick up yet. Unbelievable."

Poor service, lack of professionalism, no customers service, rude staffs, staff called Guru couldn’t answer one single question without picking up the phone and ask his colleagues. Spoke to him last Wednesday and he said just bring your receipt as prove you bought the iPhone 12 Pro Max from us and we gonna change your screen protector witch is not done properly in the first place in the same shop, after 2 failures.The phone still on warranty period and they refuse to change the screen protector, Guru said you can go and change it outside.I will never buy anything from this shop again.

The staff are very unprofessional and rude. Best avoid and go to real Apple Store.
