Not as many big Bream and Tench as there were a few years agoIt seems like the Bivey Carp Boyz have taken over the lake.

Went for a look beautiful lake but been told lots and lots of bream and everyone told us it a hard lake and be prepared to blank not fished this in person. bream and no double swims has put us off

Lovely spot. Estate lake feel plenty of silver fish to be caught. Plus not a commercial fishery so a great fun challenge. Easy access but some pegs need work.fish from your car boot though. Definitely worth a try

Great to be able to fish here again, weather wasn't that good but still caught a few. The bottom end dam wall is good and by the aerator.
