Shop staff really helpful and polite, unfortunately the cafe is quite possibly the worse cafe I've ever been in staff were rude and unhelpful, food unedible and unless you wanted breakfast very little choice and the really miserable man couldn't make a late even though all he had to do was push a button, then right on lunch time at 12.50pm they stopped doing food, if i could give negative stars i would, such a shame as the shop was brilliant

Excellent service very good advice on travel.

Really friendly staff, helpful and patient, we used to book our holidays with tui, but we will definitely be using co-op travel in the future
