worse experience ever. they got payment from third party insurance they cash the check got money for my claim and never send out to me! in respond they said they won’t send it and i go do whatever i can do. in my experience i don’t recommend for anyone.

Had someone called Ilyas on my claim. He took over a year to even get me booked in for a medical and usually these are done a lot closer to the time of the accident. When he did book my medical he phoned me once to tell me over 11 weeks before it was due and then did not contact me again for months. I complained and was passed on yo Mr Hussain the conman who told me that he would investigate this fully and get back to me, twice telling me he would phone me that evening to resolve the matter (after I phoned in because they make no effort) and both times he didn’t call back. When I called back eventually he was rude and made nothing but excuses for his useless employees and tried to cover his own lying back. Whole firm is a joke. Would definitely tecommend you stay clear and take your business elsewhere or you will just have your time wasted. Ended up telling them not to go any further with my claim. More stress than it’s worth. And I know the procedure is usually long so don’t think that I was impatient, I know when I’m being messed about and this company are the worst company in the UK to deal with your claims. Absolutely terrible. AVOID AT ALL COST
