Visited this shop over the weekend and all I can say is the service was fantastic, spoke to Leigh and he was so helpful and polite. We were visiting Leicester for the pride event and it was great to see a shop supporting the LGBTQ+ community like this one I wish there were more shops like it. We will definitely be contacting this shop again for all our travel arrangements. Thank you for all your help and recommendations. Matt

Leigh was great getting our honeymoon booked in. We had a few questions that we couldn’t find the answers to online and he made sure to answer them all for us. My husband and I went in today to book our holiday and were blown away by the amazing service from Vicky (Daphne) and Leigh. They made us feel so at home, accommodated my disabilities with no questions asked, and gave us a good old laugh. So grateful to have seen them in store today, if we weren’t excited for our holiday - we definitely are now thanks to them. Thank you for being bloody brilliant!

My experience with tui was absolutely amazing. My representative was Vicky. She honestly made all my stresses disappear instantly, she was very eager to help me as if she was on a mission herself to give me the best honeymoon destination for my fiancé and myself. I really appreciated the guidance and help that she provided! Without it I’d be lost. And she’s also the (wedding singer) no but seriously had an amazing experience, would recommend this store and the staff to anyone who would like to plan their next holiday with.

Went with my mrs, having a vague idea of where we wanted to go, after speaking with Vicky, who was fantastic helping us, giving us advice, sharing her own experiences travelling the world etc, she went above and beyond, tailoring the perfect package for me and my fiancée’s honeymoon. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and we had a right laugh in there, will definitely go back to book future holidays, keep up the great work

We've had the best and most helpful service we've ever had, anywhere, from Leigh at this office. We had a problem submitting API information for one part of our large family group. It was a very difficult time for us and Leigh was wonderful. He was very reassuring as he worked on sorting out the problem and he could be relied upon to phone when he said he would. Amazing service! All the staff, especially Carly and Vicky were so helpful, helped us decide where to go and booked everything for us - even helped us cancel and rebook for a week later when we’d double booked the date! Will be coming back to book any and all trips here, such a lovely welcoming environment, highly recommend :)

We recently went in-store to book our honeymoon to Iceland. We were greeted right away by two friendly representatives! We sat down with Shania and she presented us with lots of different options to fit different budgets, walking us through multiple hotel options, and different flights and making sure we found the perfect fit for what we wanted. She was very thorough and made sure that every detail was correct when booking the holiday which made us feel confident everything would go smoothly! Most importantly Shania (and her other colleague, I didn't catch his name) made us feel special and got us excited about our honeymoon! This is our second holiday experience with TUI and we will be coming back to book more exciting getaways!
