COULDN'T BE HAPPIER,From the off set Adam and his Team have been nothing but helpful and proactive through the whole process. The team are professional and courteous. We were talked through each step and what to expect during the conversion. Schedules were kept to and the house was left in excellent condition at the end of each day. We were so pleased with the end result, we are getting an extension soon and we will definitely be using Kingsmead again. Amazing.

We used Kingsmead Conversions to carry out our Velux Loft Conversion. Adam and his team were all fantastic from start to finish. Communication was good, each trade kept us up to date with every step and all progress made. Adam was always quick to respond to any queries. Every trade was punctual, friendly, polite, professional, hard working and respectful of our home and belongings. We are so pleased with the end result and the space that has been created. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get work carried out.

I booked a quotation meeting with Adam for Monday (15/08). Adam didn't turn up and I haven't had any subsequent contact from him or the firm. I've established that Adam (Kunder) is actually the Director of the firm which doesn't say much if even he can't turn up to client scheduled meetings. As usual, I've taken time out of my day to wait in for a tradesman and my time was of course wasted. My loft conversion is definitely going ahead, thankfully not with this company though. I can't imagine how I would have felt parting with £30k+ cash and then have them not turning up to the job!

We had a loft conversion which involved raising the roof. Barry and the team were professional, friendly and reliable. They kept us informed throughout and were flexible about adapting the interior layout on occasion as the job progressed.We're really pleased with the new space they built.

We have just had our loft conversion completed and would thoroughly recommend Kingsmead to anyone. We had a few unique requirements and Adam and his team were more than happy to accommodate them - the end result is fantastic. All the team were polite, friendly and worked really hard. Any problems or difficulties we encountered on the way were resolved and dealt with, and Adam, Craig and the team always answered our phone calls and texts promptly. Overall really impressive and we were really pleased we chose Kingsmead.

Agreed an appointment and then got cancelled on the day and just a few hours before it was agreed. Took the whole day off work just for the meeting. Decided to give another chance and agreed a call back to set something up again and yet again a big FAIL, heard nothing. I do not recommend this business.I definitely see a trend looking at the past comments.

We wanted a professional, dedicated company to make our loft into something spectacular, Adam and his team certainly delivered! We are absolutely over the moon with his approach and our new space in the loft! He is a hands on chap who really cares about giving his customers an exceptional experience. He turned up when he said he would, explained the process thoroughly and was communicating every step of the way, to give us the transformation that we required.I really don't understand the negative reviews as it seems a long way from our experience, fake reviews?Totally recommend this company!

We used Kingsmead for our loft conversion just recently and i have to say we were so impressed with the entire process. From our first initial phone call through to completion, Adam and his team were timely, professional and obviously highly skilled. We are so happy, and would highly recommend.
