Slow service too busy just chatting on counters whilst customers be waiting very disappointed ☹️

Absolutely fantastic staff! Extremely helpful and very polite. I was helped by Ranjeeta (apologies if the spelling is in correct) and also two of her colleagues ( who's names I did not catch). It was a pleasure to have met you all and I cannot praise you enough for helping me not only with my transaction but also answering the 101 questions I had over the phone prior to my visit!!Message to West Brom head office...I see why you do want to build an app if you have such friendly staff members help in-store!!No idea what some of the other reviews are on about everyone was lovely.

They have a verry bad service i wood not bank with them again
