I have never been happier working for any Company as I am now. Fantastic understanding of how to support their agents and support and recognise those of us that put the effort in and go the extra mile. Thank you Sitel.

First time they let me go due to failing a training assessment which clearly I never needed to do otherwise they wouldn’t of called me back and offered me a job in the same field. Second time round I took two days off due to family problems I was made aware that I’d have a meeting to discuss my future with them they called me on my mobile instead of listening to what I have to say properly they let me go. They don’t care about you they don’t give a damn about your problems they say they do but they don’t they’ve screwed me over for the last time.

There is an oppressive atmosphere with threatening disciplinary undertones in the initial training sessions to any employee who may stray even slightly with their actions. Seems new employees are dictated to, generally treated with a lack of respect and regarded as numbers rather than individuals. The dress code is such an example, the rules are simply ridiculous in that they go completely overboard in what they view as acceptable dress (slightest infringement will result in you being sent home with no pay). You cannot even TOUCH your phone whilst on the floor, even to check the time, result will be disciplinary action. Toilet visits are micro timed and monitered and action taken if too many or too long! Even 30 seconds late back from a break will result in disciplinary action. Training programme is intense, pressurised and barely suffice to cover the scope of the incoming calls and variety of them. Holidays include Bank Holidays, so what seems a generous allocation is in effect average / poor.Very intimidating, oppressive, low pay, the negatives far outweigh the positives, if there are any. The company needs to take a serious look at how it treats people, as the excessive staff turnover indicates that there is something just not right there at all.Shades of a Victorian workhouse spring to mind!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The place has a high drug culture the training here is insanely vivid and when it comes to actually doing the job you're left on your own with little to NO experience or help whatsoever.Also if someone bullies anyone people in charge dont do a single thing to try and stop this.

Was offered an interview for a position they had and then received a phone call a couple days later, 1 day before the interview stating that the interview was in fact for the next week and shortly before that next week received another email to say the job recruiting had been closed.It's quite disgusting to have an interview moved and cancelled especially when you've gone through all the assessments etc and are really excited for the job... Terrible

I've been here for over 2 years now and have experienced the awful place this workplace used to be and the complete transformation it has now become.The place has gone for being a truly toxic environment to a really entertaining and supportive place to be.Don't believe everything you read, most people only leave negative reviews as they're bitter and want some form of petty revenge.If you have a good work ethic, can actually act like a grown up and take responsibility for your own actions and behaviour, why not give it a try? There's a lot worse jobs out there for far less money!

Awful place to work..expect everything from you....heaven help you if anything happens in your life!!!! I got completely messed around by this company....I would never advise anyone to work here!!!!!!! They do not care about you at all or what is going on....never known a company like it

If you're thinking of applying for a job here, I would strongly reconsider. This company put my partner through weeks of useless training, where the trainer was more interested in his personal life, only to dismiss her because she was hospitalised and required to rest for a single day.

Been with Sitel Plymouth for 8 months.Excellent management team here at Plymouth. I think a lot of reviews relate to a year or so ago.Great opportunities for all kinds of people.Really enjoying my time here!

Disgusting company to work for (SSE) sacked my daughter for turning the volume down on her phone while others take photos and selfies with computer screens with people's account details on.......then post on social media and the managers 'like' and comment laughing emojis!!! The work by a one rule for one and one for another! They don't pay overtime on time, my daughter has had to wait 4 week. The managers tell other staff things that are confidential then when pulled up on it they lie!!!! Seriously needs a major overhaul
