I'm sorry to say this but the staff are happy to Lie to us over the phone.And,if you have the temerity to Complain will keep you or your Carer waiting even Longer....It is a shame, because otherwise it's clean, tidy and has a seat.

Really nice staff who do their best under difficult circumstances. I've witnessed quite a few instances of them dealing calmly and professionally with uncalled for abuse from customers. Impressive and a testament to their dedication to providing substantive healthcare for everyone.

Terrible service. Something as simple as picking up a prescription, either takes an incredibly long time or the prescription mysteriously won’t be on the system. I’d have a better chance cooking up the meds at home. To make matters worse, the staff can be extremely patronising or just plain rude.

Charged me twice for one prescription, a pack of compression socks, apparently because it a pair it's charged twice, even though every other pharmacy I've spoken to says this is ridiculous. I'll never spend money in this pharmacy again.

They have no communication. They are understaffed and the phone lines make it impossible to reach a human. I understand circumstances at the moment but they’re not even communicating they’re struggling. Just Radio silence, which had heavily effected my access to essential medical. my social worker called and she couldn’t even get past the two hour hold. Receptionist are clearly doing they’re best but the practice manager needs to think things over for a second because this isn’t okay.

Appalling. Never answer the phone (and frequently hang up before answering!) never have prescriptions ready to pick up, even if you ask in advance. Long queues, 20 minutes plus waiting times for prescriptions to be made up. And most troubling is that they reuse prescription boxes. Absolutely avoid at all costs.

I have found this pharmacy to be really a lot more helpful than many, a few times now. They do not appear frustrated or irritated by me and any questions I have and they take the time to talk me through things, rather than assume the I understand their pharmaceutical world! Super helpful over the phone and when I have come in they've been nice too.
