As a busy driving instructor it is important that my car is not off the road for too long. I had it serviced today. I had hardly got home again when I had a call to say that it was done. The car had been washed and cleaned inside. In addition to the service, it had been given a full health check". These people are great!!! Please read on.The staff are great, the price is right, the car sells itself……as usual we got the broke one!!!As Hyundai don’t have a review page I have to do this.It’s not the dealers fault. They delt with it brilliantly and I got so upset that the manufacturer quality control let this slip.The staff here pointed it out the defect and were so sorry our Brand New car wasn’t perfect.Hyundai Watford are absolutely brilliant, they are doing everything they can to rectify the failures of Hyundai.If you need a Hyundai go here they are brilliant.To update had car now 4 months very pleased, the heated and cooled seats doing there thing and very impressed with the sat nav after linked to Bluelink it’s very good at navigating live traffic.

My car was booked in for an MOT. I've rated my experience as 9 out of 10, and indicated what would have brought it up to 10 out of 10.Let's start with the notifications ahead of the appointment. I received notifications confirming the date, and reminders leading up to the date plus a call to confirm a suitable time to bring in my car. I really appreciated that I was asked which time I would like to bring the car in - to me, this is excellent customer service.The Watford centre was easy to get to. My only minor grumble is that, as a first-time visitor, it would have been helpful to have received detailed directions on where to pull in, as there is more than one entrance and the site is on the corner of a quite busy junction, and where the service office was located.Once there, the care and treatment I received was fantastic - friendly, helpful and efficient. The only thing I would say is, it would have been good to know how long the MOT would likely take. I had travelled back home (a 30 minute drive, thanks sis) under the impression that it would be a couple of hours before I would hear back, but I received a call within 30 minutes of returning home.On returning to the centre, I was really happy with the attention and care I received from the service agent who looked after me - talking me through the MOT report, taking me out to my car and not only showing me the minor issue revealed but also advising me on options for dealing with it.I am extremely happy with the service and care I received - the right blend of professional and personal, friendly and efficient. The Watford centre has a new fan.

Visited this dealership after being let down by another in my area. The staff were friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. They offered me a great deal to part exchange my car so I'm now the proud owner of a nearly new Tucson. Tony made sure that the car was serviced before collection and has been available for any follow up questions I've had. He made my first car purchase through a dealership a really pleasant one and I'll definitely be going back there for services etc in the future. Thanks guys!

We were extremely happy and satisfied with the overall process and experience at the Hyundai showroom at Watford.Being first time car buyers in the United Kingdom , we were very apprehensive about buying a used car, which is why we preferred to go with manufacturer approved used cars. We couldn't have possibly come up with a better option.Right from looking up the car online to viewing it in the showroom for the first time , the assistance provided by Mr.Tony was highly professional . He made us aware of all the discrepancies and faults in the vehicle and action that had been taken by the dealership to rectify all of them. This was a highly reassuring process , one that we rarely come across.The car was handed over to us post repairs and service in a condition that was as good as new. Overall we would like to extend our appreciation and gratitude to Mr.Tony and the dealership for a hassle free and enjoyable car purchase process.

Exceptional customer service. Was really impressed with how friendly and accommodating they were for last minute request to test drive. Gave good and practical advice as well never felt like I was being pushed to buy anything either. Would definitely recommend going there if you looking for nice friendly staff with cars that are good looking and cheaper and full of tech and luxury at same time.

Best experience I had buying a car! I was dealt with by a combination of Martin & Inga, and left a very happy customer. They did not harass and were honest and transparent the whole time, which is hard to find nowadays! I had a time limit and they managed to rush everything through for me too, including a last minute change of decision to part exchange.Would highly recommend this branch!

Recently updated my Motability car through Watford branch. Tony has been great at walking me though the steps of swapping to a new car, answering questions, letting me know the options and costs upfront.I collected my car a week ago, and am very happy with the service, nothing was too much trouble for Tony, he walked me though the cars features and left me feeling I could go back at any point with follow up questions. Great Service, nothing was a hassle and I was kept informed at each stage. Can't fault them!
