The staff at the Gwersyllt office were efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. They advised us on what fencing was available and showed us examples in their workshop. Their fence erectors (Nick and his team from Wrexham Fencing) came to the site and provided a quote promptly and gave us a date for the installation. They arrived on time and worked quickly, clearing and removing undergrowth and old fence panels before erecting the new fence and leaving the site clean and tidy. A very good job by pleasant competent people. Highly recommended.

Supply and erect concrete post and wood panel fence.Woodcraft erected a fence as above on three sides of our back garden approx a week ago. They completed an excellent job with good quality products. Nick and Co worked hard to complete the job well within the proposed time. A couple of small issues arose following completion and these were dealt with promptly and without any fuss. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I am disgusted at the customer experience and care shown by this company. I started using them during the coronvirus and the father/owner of the business attitude to a customer is the worst I have ever seen. I spent four hundred pound last week with them wasn't told on the telephone they were only accepting cash payments, so no problem gave them cash. Today went there And didn't have the cash my fault thought I had, only 13.20 they know where I live I'm local, said would drop it off in the morning. He made such a fuss even though he could see my back doors on van wouldn't open. I had to leave my mastercard no thanks for anything just walked off. My poor son (only 10) tried to get it out whilst I was in the office got post out but smashed my front window. All for a tenner! I am a landlord use loads of local companies and have never been treated so badly. His son have no problem with, shame about the father. Tried to express my dissatisfaction over the telephone and was met by some very defensive bad customer service, again! . Its just not on its not just about the products! and thought my experience going to this place was the worst in Wrexham. Be sticking to Kents in the future, although they haven't got everything at the moment they are so nice in there and helpful. Don't recommend.

The lady who dealt wit my complaint very aggressive telephone manner.She said that she always follows procedures and doesn’t make mistakes.Well I’m my case they did and I won’t be using this company again.A bit of training in telephone manner would not go amiss.
