I reckon a lot of the reviews on here, especially off the people who haven't even stayed in this lady's establishment are quite cruel, and personal towards the owner and her family.If you haven't stayed, then who are you to judge.I've seen far worse places on Four in a bed, but that doesn't give me the right to bash on my keypad, and hurl insults to people who I don't even know.I'll get to the punchline, don't knock the place until you try it out for yourselves... Oh, and winde your necks in to the people who haven't got a clue with your false reviews.

I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. Fair enough, the woman owner was friendly, but she leaves a lot to be desired. The whole B&B needs a lot doing to it, and modernization. Single paned windows, the whole place needs central heating, the rooms need sorting out. The owners need to realise that they have paying customers staying with them, before arguing and swearing. I literally got out quick before I heard too much, as it made me feel uncomfortable; and before my anxiety was made worse than it was.

What a gross hotel. I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me. Blood on my son's bed. Didn't look like any of the beds had been changed from the last guests and smelt of wet dog.The bathroom on my floor was full of black mould and smelt so bad we couldn't even use it. It's the 1st time I have been in a hotel trying to find another hotel. The whole hotel smells of dog, dirt and mould. The 1st time i have stayed in a hotel and slept fully clothed and used my own blankets out of the car.Curtain pole fell down on my son in the middle of the night. I have seen cleaner hostels. Looks nothing like the pictures. Run down dirty hotel that bad that you wipe your feet on the way out not way in.

Great location for a budget stay. A reasonable £84 for 2 people, 2 nights over illuminations and late night pleasure beach riding weekend.Characteristic building within the foxhill area of blackpool. Walking distance from all amenities, Tram stops, tower, food. Warm shower. Slept well. Felt safe. Rooms secure. Lovely hosts. Will be returning. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible, aggressive owner, hard to communicate with and request anything, wouldn't look at me why I was talking. Before cleaning the hotel maybe start with them self, couldn't recommended.

Ignore the fake and horrible reviews.Don’t bother making a review if you’ve not actually been. My boyfriend booked this hotel because it was cheap and a hot weekend, I instantly came to google to check the reviews and was horrified.I Caused an argument between us because I didn’t want to go so much. I was terrified at the shared bathroom idea. When we got there, the reception/ and dining room area was decorated with lots of fun sculptures like Lego sculptures- like a man caves dream. I imagine the youngest son probably made these (very cute- no offence if it was the dad! Haha) Nice little area for brew making too. After handing us the key and welcoming us the female owner/manager went into the private area but we heard her doggies and my boyfriend being the animal lover he is of course asked to meet them so she let him meet the 2 smallDoggies and he was made up after that.The room was very clean, had its own sink so I could brush my teeth without having to go in the shared bathroom and the bed was very spacious. Speaking of the shared bathroom: it was the best it could’ve been, cleaned very regularly and smelt of fabulosa snow angel which is if you don’t know -is the best cleaning scented product I have personally ever smelt. Had more than one sink too, just fyi.We spent the full day out so didn’t have much more interaction that day but in the morning when me and my boyfriend went for a brew downstairs and the little included continental breakfast for our hungover heads before leaving, they set up the table for us right away even though we were early, but we couldn’t get up off the couch haha so instead the lovely woman put a little plate together for us and brought it over, laughing with us. Which to me was the complete opposite of the nasty picture painted of her on the comments above from people who haven’t met her. I felt I had to do this long review just as a way to cure my guilt for how much I really didn’t want to go etc. I’m not saying it’s a 5 star but it’s definitely worth more than a 2 star. Would definitely return.Thank you :)

I booked this property through Expedia. The entire place is filthy and smells disgusting. The sheets were dirty and had bodily fluid on them. Obviously, we picked up our bags and left immediately. Shame on the owners and shame on Expedia for endorsing this place. I doubt it would pass an inspection by health and safety.Never, ever go there

Very average for a cheap price. Hard bed yet room was very clean. Service average with very early latest check in time. And falsely advertises breakfast free on hotels .com. Never seen dogs but very bad smell when u walk in. I give it a 3 for price and cleanliness. Could be more accommodating

MEAN MINDED, MEAN SPIRITED springs to mind here. Absolutely outrageous behaviour from this woman in four in a bed" she should hang her head in complete shame. In all the years this series has been going I can honestly say this Pair are one of the most toxic contestants I've ever had the misfortune to watch. I'd book into a youth hostel rather than this odious woman's establishment. Or better still I'd sleep in my car.And further more the feedback this Pair gave was based on a spite & Malice in order to sabotage his business (Raj & Raqeeb) and an opportunity to give low scores & large under payment. The complaints they gave regarding "cleanliness " was laughable considering the filthy rooms she had in her B&B and the fact her appearance resembled that of an un-made bed."
