Poor quality repair work, cheap replacment parts, and damaged the orignal leather. Avoid.Edit: Owner has replied, but there is no mistake, their workmanship was embarrassingly poor, order number B251/20201

Unfortunately I cannot recommend bagspa. They took my (admittedly very worn) classic Mulberry Bayswater bag and instead of restoring it with care they decided to paint over the leather completely. The result was a cheap looking bag which was a bit sticky to the touch. The cream coloured stitching was also replaced with brown thread because it was the closest match". I questioned both these things and was met with belligerence and no real explanation other than "you had the chance to ask these questions

Lucky to get one star! Disappointing and expensive restoration/repairs carried out on two Mulberry bags. Cheap lining used to replace Mulberry lining on one bag. Repair to piping on the other bag was a patchwork repair. Had a higher expectation on our cherished handbags. Steer clear of this company if you require a professional job done.

I cannot recommend enough the Bag Spa. They are decently priced compared to others, did the work in time and made a fantastic job on my McQueen bag. It had a massive scratch in the centre and they have made it look so subtle, and I can't even see any of the other smaller damages anymore. well done and thank you!
