I could never be accurate in giving any fast food chain a 5 star rating for the sole fact that it is not really healthy for you, however, at this store ive given it 4 stars. I think that a lot of the staff are just workers who dont really care as most are fairly young.The resturant is kept clean to a fair standard and i make an exception to the toilets where a lot of members of the public dont really care at all as everytime i enter them i get a strong scent of urine and the cubicles usually have toilet roll spread across the floor. As for the food and drinks ive never understood why in such warm temperatures would you make a milkshake up then put it so close to a heat source.The last chocolate milkshake i had there was more of a chocolate milk drink than a milkshake as it had all softened to liquid.I do feel the staff could put more of a polite effort in insted of just serving you and then just walking away. My 2 pet hates with McDonalds as a whole though is the ordering screens, they never have paper in them for the reciept so if you split a bill with 3 people the who owes who how much? & my second pet hate is the delivery collection drivers, why do the get served first before other in store customers? It dont make sense.

Idiots....... Ordered a simple Big Mac meal from McDonald's on Hagley Road, why me!?!?!!!!!! !!!..... Burger came with no actual burgers inside or otherwise and the chips were stone cold!!!! The chips okay, I can blame the Uber driver, but leaving the meat out of a burger...... Hardly rocket science!!!!!! RANG them up and spoke to someone whom I'm assuming was the manager and was advised to, contact Uber Eats you'll get your money back!!! You naturally just accept a certain level of awful food in the UK, we expect it, but when you can't get plastic food right, something is wrong!!!!!!!

Had a nuggets meal, we also had a cheeseburger meal and two male chickens and I must say the fries were excellent and the mayo chickens were beautiful and the chicken nuggets word divine. I know that divine is a very strong word for McDonald’s with you but they were delicious.

Used drive through, parked up and waited TWENTY minutes for our food to be brought out. Clearly already been out a while because it was barely warm when we got it. Couldn't pop in to complain because we were in a rush. Rang to tell them and just apologised without offer of partial refund or future discount on next order.

Placed order (drive through) paid quickly told to park drunk my coffee still no food, had a smoke still no food asked a outside server how long for my burger said would find out never came back, went in after nearly 30 minutes ,got the burger after having to repeat the orderLooked nothing like the poster tasted like cardboardDON'T GO THERE

Ordered my food online today but the place was closed when I got there, so I called them by phone to be told they don't open until 6am which was a lie as they are supposed to be open 24 hours, still haven't been refunded!Food is pretty bad as well as the service mostly, it's like half the staff are sucking on a lemon! If I'm completely honest, probably the worst maccys I've used and I've decided not to use this place again!

If there were minus starts I would apply all of them.Absolutely rude customer service. Used drive through service and my order was nowhere to be found had to re order again and when I asked to customise my burger as previously done I was told that there was not possible as the OWNER of the store did not allow it. Mixed information given in two different occasions, the crew needs to be better trained as struggling to take the order and find buttons on the screen.Not going back again. Would not recommend.

Good place for bringing kids. Good variety of options and meals. We saw a double rainbow when we were here. Looked awesome. Good parking and toilet facilities. Kids enjoyed playing games in tablets provided here. Decent pricing all throughout.

Very rude service. I asked if they had vegan food at 5am drive thru after having been in A&E all night for a concussion. Im vegan and didn’t know if their breakfast items such as the hash browns were plant based and hadn’t eaten for hours - not only were they not helpful but they then mocked veganism and were looking at a box shouting ‘animal products’ - I found this highly offensive and rude - complete idiots
