Called many times. I initially spoke to Alan who said he could call back after we discussed my bike’s issue. He did not. After repeated calls from me that just go to voicemail, he just did not respond despite me leaving a message. A very indifferent attitude. I would avoid.

Friendly, fast and efficient help. It made things so much easier than Alan was able to come my home to get my bike working again. He was easy to get in touch with and was very professional, trustworthy and reassuring. He fixed my problem quickly and with no stress. I highly recommend him and would call him again immediately if I had any more issues with my moped.

I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to do so. There aren't enough stars to adequately recommend this service. Well priced, professional, excellent service and perhaps best of all trustworthy. I used them before, then moved away to my local dealer for two years, but am back again and this time forever!
