Needs an update a bit 1980s! The store was freezing I was glad to get out! The bakery is good tho and good prices

Usually happy with most products, but fair to say that the goat’s cheese I got today had gone off. It had 30% off but never had this issue before.

Took the day off during the week and decided to go shopping in my first visit to the LIDL near me.It was peaceful and quiet during the week and afternoon.I was able to shop in a very serene environment, and the aisle looked clean with items well arranged on the shelves, although there were a few hazards like pallets on the way while the staffs were stacking the items on the shelves.Got virtually all I needed,some I could not locate, and no one was available to assist.On getting to the counter for payment, the queue started building up, and there was one till assistant lady.Was not impressed with her approach and behavior to a black guy she attended to, though.The guy's fabric conditioner spilled due to the fault of the till assistant .She had to tell him to go outside the store and enter back again and get another one which is not polite.When she should have either called someone who is a staff to bring another one or allow him to pass through the other empty till.I reckon she won't have spoken to me like that or treated me that way.However ,I would suggest retraining staff and also ensuring more employees are proactive when there are queues at the till.

It's a good clean shop with friendly helpful staff. Their products are excellent.

Very poor service today 10.15 Sunday and no bags available for confectionery, staff no idea about items on tv and very short on xmas spirit

Quiet at 9.00am on the 02/08/23. Only saw one attendant on the shop floor, who also doubled up as the tiller also.Good job only 4 shoppers in the store when I was there.

This Lidl is well positioned on the arterial route from Bolton to Wigan. It's a bright and clean store, well kept and friendly staff. I usually shop at Aldi but the quality of the food I recently bought here has converted me! The car park is a decent size and it's one of the more modern store designs.

Always a good shop, prices I've noticed have risen which I find a little extream as this is suppose to be a cheaper shop, you could do with putting your prices down or loosing customers it's your choice. Mayme you should go back in time and think about your customer like you USE TO.

Always very friendly and helpful. One particular lady, don't know her name, says she been there since it opened so that will narrow it down, shes lovely and always símiles at me when she working on the till
