Customer service is still shocking cages still everywhere, staff more interested in chatting to friends than serving n the special offers displayed near the entrance make it hard work to push a buggie round , however the stock has improved now it's a morrisons .

Well I think the customer service in the shop is good, nice friendly staff I can chit chat with, very helpful too.
