The Earl Shilton Dental Practice
I've been with the Earl Shilton Dental Practice for a number of years, with checkups and hygienist, etc, but only recently had my first piece of dental work carried out. I have to say it was all very professional, all the options were explained and the work carried out pain free and with no discomfort. Very impressed and highly recommended.

It is refreshing to experience any organisation with what, I consider, to be awarded 5 stars. The team are welcoming, friendly, professional and this is what great customer service is all about. I would highly recommend them for the quality of care and service but also because they went above and beyond recently to help a relative of mine that finds any kind of health care immensely distressing. The whole team really cared for her and ensured she was supported and I am so impressed and very appreciative. I could not sing their praises enough.

Quite simply the best Dentist my family have ever been. Sarah and the whole team genuinely care and have been a breath of fresh air with my teenage daughter who has been struggling with her tooth for years, through 2 previous dentists, now to finally be pain free under the care of Earl Shilton Dental Practice. They are so patient and all of the staff make you feel at ease. Cannot recommend enough!

The Earl Shilton Dental Practice
We all (3 adults) attend the practice and are all most impressed by the dentists, hygienists and receptionists who work there. We have had 2 recent emergencies which were dealt with promptly and successfully, one which dealt with by Mr Koria in his lunch break. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have just had a filling done by Mrs Moncur and it was the most.painless experience I have ever had at a dentists.The staff at the practice are extremely friendly and make you feel relaxed and comfortable.....not the usual dreded feeling anticipated at some other practices.Would highly recommend them

I have always been very, very happy with the service and treatment I have received from the Earl Shilton Dental Practice for over 40 years. So much so that now having moved over 20 miles away I have decided to remain a patient of the practice.During the recent ‘Lockdown’ process I required treatment as soon as it became available. I contacted the practise and received an appointment the next day. I was reassured and impressed with the procedures in place to ensure protection for myself and the staff from Covid-19. My treatment was excellent, personally reassuring and to the highest standards as always.

One word OUTSTANDING , having been in severe pain during lockdown and my previous nhs surgery would not see me I decided to go private for my treatment, I was recommended to go to Sarah at Earl Shilton Dental I was seen promptly and given a treatment plan needed extensive work doing all this was carried out totally pain free and was made to feel at ease all the while. I now have my smile back and extremely happy with the service provided , Sarah Moncur and your team are a credit to your profession.Thank youChris Fairchild.

The Earl Shilton Dental Practice
Horrible. I recently called dental practice to book an appointment. I was on hold for over 5 minutes before someone answered the phone. When the receptionist finally answered, she was very rude and dismissive. She cut me off multiple times while I was trying to ask my questions. She didn't seem to care about my concerns, and she just wanted to get me off the phone as quickly as possible.
