Lewis and Jack were super helpful when buying a car. They were both very knowledgeable of the car and it's history. Really quick friendly service by both of them. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a used car.

Worst company iv ever dealt with, I stupidly bought a car without going to view it personally as I live in the North East however the lies they have told to get this car sold is beyond belief, first day I got in the car a message came up and car wouldn't budge then trying to get them to come and collect the car to fix it was an ordeal in itself I bought the car in September it didn't get took back down the country to them until December they then had the car over 2 weeks and wanted me to go without the car for a further week over Christmas I refused as I think I gave them plenty of time to fix the car, I then recieved disgusting emails from them saying they wouldn't deal with me again after the car got delivered back to me and I would have to go directly through warranty! What so called company acts in this way?! I was only asking what work had been done on the car and what was actually wrong, still to this day I have no idea and its STILL breaking down every other month, please stay away from this company if you want a smooth car buying experience and a car that is reliable!

Great service by James he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the cars we looked at. He has sorted us out with a car with the much needed space required for our growing family. Highly recommend!

Just bought a Ford Fiesta from GTJ and so far the experience has been good. They have done all we asked of them and we are happy with our purchase. And then Lewis failed to keep to the deal and give me the invoice for the new cambelt fitting. After several weeks still no invoice and I now suspect the work was not done. So a very poor show and not to be trusted.

Where to start with this company. Bought the car and from day 1 had no air con and also brake disc was binding. This was after their 150 point check. Took the car back numerous times as air con still didn't work which obviously wasn't checked. I had to constantly chase them to get things fixed and no one ever called me back or responded. Air con was eventually fixed over 2 months later. After owning the car 3 months we have replaced 2 tyres, steering mount fixings and brake pads and discs all around which were not even advisories on the mot from the garage they are using. It seems like they get cars in give them a wash and sell them on without much checking. Avoid at all costs.

Great customer service from Lewis and Matt. They were extremely helpful and made getting a new car easy. Lewis went out of his way to make sure I was happy and kept me informed while waiting for the car to be ready for me to collect. He was also really patient with my little boy who I had to bring with me. Will definitely be using them in future.

Glen went above and beyond to ensure that all the issues I was having with the car were promptly and thoroughly addressed. He not only fixed the problems but also ensured that the car was delivered back to me in impeccable condition. I'm delighted with the overall service I received. If I was given this service from the very start I would have given 5 stars

Great service, Lewis was extremely helpful, they made sure the car we brought was safe and ready to go. Lewis listened to any concerns we had. Can’t fault them they put a lot of time and money into making sure the car was right for us. Would highly recommend them.
