Honestly what an outstanding guy. I crashed my car 5 minutes from my house and was on the phone to sort out recovery when he drove past. He took my car back to my house for free, didn’t ask for a penny, really friendly and polite guy. Can’t thank him enough.

Got a puncture on the M25. The puncture repair kit couldn't inflate the tyre because it was so bad. I was on hold to the AA for an hour. In the end I called Wayne who recovered me in 45mins. Honestly, such a great service. I highly recommend his company.

We were stuck in Halstead, Essex on Sat 4th Non 2023. Gearbox was suffering so barely got car there. Insurance, RAC and AA not helpful. Tried dozens of so called 24hr recovery places before we got Wayne. Answered straight away, was with us in 30 mins (just after 2am) loaded car and took us back to Peterborough. Lovely lad, very efficient and great company. Don’t ever travel in Uk without his number. Thanks so much Wayne, love and best wishes Tracey and Paul xx

Probably the best service I've ever received. Extremely efficient, professional and friendly. I've had two vehicles recovered by Blackwell Transport Service that couldn't be driven due to engine failure and both times Wayne has been there very promptly and makes very light work of a bad situation, always ensuring your vehicle is loaded efficiently and safely and is transported to your final destination on time and without any damage. Would highly recommend and use again.

Cannot sing their praises or recommend Blackwell Transport Services enough.After being left stranded for 14 hours by RAC on a motorway, Wayne answered my phone call and was with me within 2 hours.Wayne was so friendly, very professional and an an EXTREMELY reasonable price.I am forever grateful.Would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
