Jasmine Garden Chinese Takeaway

Delicious, fast and well priced every time. But I noticed the chicken satay sticks came with a satay curry, unlike previous thicker sauces.But I'm happy to go again and again for the outstanding flavours.

Awful. After an hour of trying to get through for delivery we had a hard time communicating with the person on the phone because of the people shouting in the background and the lady shouting back to them. Roll on an hour later we didn’t have the food and waited an extra 30min. We then called to see if the food was on its way. The woman who spoke with us, was short with us and said that it would be arriving within the next 15min. Another 30min had gone by and it’s been well over 2 hours. We called again she then said ‘It’s on its way as I told you and hung up’. The food finally arrived. The delivery driver was polite (the only positive). We finally get to have the food and we are starving. The chips have been placed in a bag where it has been soaked through. We didn’t have some of what we ordered. The chips were solid and sweaty. The noodles were as dry as cardboard. The curry sauce was nice but wasn’t even halfway full in a pot that costs £1.90. It cost us £30 and we had a few mouthfuls because of how bad and dry it was. Thank goodness we had someone take us to McDonald’s. Unless you can go there yourself don’t order food from there. We were a 10 minute drive away but a 30-40 min walk. As I don’t live in the area and am located 5 hours away I would have been halfway home by the time we had food.

This really is a superb Chinese takeaway restaurant. Delicious food, friendly people and an excellent delivery service if you use it.I wrote the following 18 months ago and it is still very true!My favourite Chinese takeaway restaurant in Canterbury, and one of my favourite Chinese takeaways ever. The delicious food has a real home-cooked quality and the people who work here at the Jasmine Garden are friendly and give great service. A wonderful place!

Great food, especially the satay king prawn skewers.

Ordered food last night for delivery, absolutely loved it the barbecue ribs had plenty of sauce as did the salt and chilli ones nice chips and beef chow mein lovely food will be ordering again

Been ordering from here for 4 years and the quality has been on a constant decline. I order the same things every time and for the last 4 or 5 times there has been at least one thing wrong with the order, prawn crackers not delivered. Wrong meals sent, and then over the phone rudeness about the wrong thing being sent as if it were my fault. The last straw was prawns in a sweet and sour king prawns that were literally 1/3rd the size of the batter and tasted spicier than fresh prawns would have tasted, almost as if they used prawns from another dish and just battered them. Very dissapointed.

This was supposed to be in barbecue spare ribs but apparently they use the same source for no matter what ribs you order terrible customer service curry and chips taste like poop would never recommend this business to anyone not even my worst enemy definitely will not be ordering from them I'd rather have a ratburger that's been on a Road for a month what tastes better and have better service

Took ages. Noodles tasted so bad and mushy not edible. Meat was old and tasted bad too (duck) avoid
