Never thought I would relax at a Dentist but the staff and care they give is second to none.Highly recommend.

Never really been a fan of the dentist but Louise Hunter is great! I didn't realise the dentist could be painless but it really has been. And I'm really happy with the work done too. Would recommend to anyone. Brilliant.

The receptionists, nurses and dentists are all absolutely lovely. I have autism and anxiety and wear my sunflower lanyard whenever I go and no one has ever made me feel uncomfortable. They speak clearly and tell me what they're doing before doing it, all without being patronising. It's incredibly refreshing!

My first visit to the practice today after moving to the area. The team were all so friendly and helpful. I had to take my baby along with me, but they helped my in and out of the practice with the pram and were so patient with us during the appointment. They gave good, honest advice about the services and fees and the practice was spotless. This is a dentist I will look forward to visiting in the future!

This was my first time at this practice. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. I have not been to a dentist for quite a while. So i was really nervous, on arrival the receptionist's we're so pleasant and made me very welcome.Louise who was doing my 3D scan could see I was very nervous was amazing and really put me at ease,explaining everything to me,thank you so muchLynn.

Outstanding dental practise, that came highly recommended. The treatment rooms are very well appointed with all modern equipment.The dentist who did my work was called Carys. She was very gentle, explained everything, and was very thorough. The dental nurse Diane made me feel very relaxed and was most attentive.The reception staff were all very professional and welcoming. All in all I am very pleased I attended Louise Hunter & Associates and look forward to my next visit.

After waiting for an eternity for an appointment with a different dentist, these guys got me registered and booked in within a week!The consultation was fantastic, with Louise explaining everything in a transparent way, she took the time to listen to my concerns and then got me booked in with one of their NHS dentists in about 2 weeks, which is a far cry from the 8 months my local dentist said it'd take for them to see me.Receptionists were also fantastic, they welcomed me nicely and showed me to the waiting area, explained the new patient forms to me and assured me that there wouldn't be a long wait for my dentist.Overall I'd give them 10/10 for first impressions. Although these guys came recommended, I really wasn't expecting quite the level of service that I got.

I had never previously been to this dentist before but I needed an emergency appointment. Firstly, they got me in on the same day to treat my severe toothache when I had been turned away by countless other dentists. Secondly, I have a severe phobia of the dentist and I was petrified to go, however I am so so glad I chose this dentist! They had the friendliest team of receptionists and dentists who constantly reassured me and did not judge my phobia at all. Everything was explained to me throughout the process and I was constantly checked in on throughout my appointment. They did not judge me once for being scared and let me take all the time I needed. I really felt like they had my best interests at heart, which I definitely would never have said about the dentists prior to my appointment here. I could not thank the team enough for their expertise and kindness!! I have even now registered with them permanently and although my phobia is still prominent I am not dreading my next appointment, which is a huge step for me! Thank you!!
