I joined Properion mid let from another agency that I was having problems with. They have very quickly managed to arrange repairs, pacify the tenants and put right anything that the previous agent just couldn't be bothered to do. Professional, friendly and reliable, always providing support, documentation and answering my queries. Payments are transferred on the day they are due. First class agents. Fees are really reasonable, especially for the service received. All in all they have been absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend them every time.
