Mr Waffles

Tried this place last night at the desserts are amazing. The brownie is actually homemade. Compared to most places that buy a cake from Costco and cut it up pretending it's a. Brownie and b. Homemade by them... Came in the time frame which was advised.I will 100% be ordering again even if I do have to wait longer. Its so worth it.

Ordered a cookie dough from here paid 16 pound for 2 mr waffles failed to mention that cookie dough base was double chocolate chip! As thay said they couldn't get the mix for the normal one should you not mention this on your website? Rang them didn't even get a sorry and said next time ring us first to see what base it is not very good is it 3 4 people I know said the same thing

Ordered our deserts and while we waited 1hr 45mins we rang the shop to ask about our order only to be spoken to like a piece of shxt by a woman who barked down the phone saying she had been out and couldn't find our address.We only live in the largest premises in Rotherham, so god knows where she was looking.She blamed her sat nav and then went on to say that she rang 3 our mobiles 3 times and she didn't get an answer and that it went straight to voicemail, so if this was the case and she was telling the truth why didn't she leave a voicemail?But instead she took it back to the shop and if we want our deserts to be redeliverd we will be waiting 1 and a half to 2 hours.In business, you have to learn to handle and take criticism when it is rightly due and this occasion it was rightly deserved but you rant back at people who leave a criticism instead of dealing and fixing your issues. It appears to be the same response from this shop each time they recieve a bad review, they say the customer was rude, they say update your details and they say it's basically not their fault lol, it seems to be standard from their responses.Isn't it strange how we have never EVER had an issue with ANY other delivery from any other takeaway, but this particular shop seems to have issues with several customers, judging by the reviews.Absolutely disgusting mannerism to blatantly lie on your responses making out your unhappy customers were rude and ill mannered to your staff when in fact I have witnessed first hand how unprofessional your female member of staff spoke down the phone to us, yes us as I had her in loud speaker and not one of us could actually believe her attitude.Gladly I have automatic call recording on my phone and no matter how many times I've listened back to how she spoke, it sounds worse every time.Should be ashamed of yourselves and one thing for sure we will never order from these again.That vile woman needs to understand she works in a little desert shop in ROTHERHAM of all places and should be thankful for any custom they receive.If I could give it zero stars then I would.Absolutely vile disgusting woman ruined our first experience ordering from here, never again.I will like to add to this that our delivery did come out and was delivered by a very polite and friendly guy who said that he new exactly where our address was.So all I can say is you should train your inexperienced" staff on customer service skills because no customer wants to hear the lies in your response.She was rude mannered and she is a liar.Enjoy your little busy shop in Rotherham but you've lost a customer (along with quite a few more judging by your reviews) due to rudeness and lack of customer service skills.BIG KUDOS TO THE 2ND DELIVERY DRIVER

Order our food and it was 30 minutes late. When it did arrive they had procided us with free sweet treats to make up for the wait which was greatly appreceietd. Food was amazing and honestly well worth the wait. Will definitely be ordering again

Walked in here for a take out. Staff were friendly and helpful however I ordered a brownie which was hard, like it was frozen. The ice cream that come with it was In a bought packet. We ordered cheese cake which was a rock hard biscuit base full of whipped cream and chocolate on the top. In no way was it a cheese cake.Was excited to try here however I won’t be returning.

We have ordered from Mr. Waffles a few times and always loved it. Everything is so tasty! We have tried the cookie pie, waffles and cookie dough. All amazing! Would recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth!

Ordered from here the other night. The easter egg cheesecake was runny and tasted heavily of cream cheese with very little sweetness or flavour to it and the biscuit base was very minimal which made the whole dessert overpowering with chocolate and cream cheese. The flapjack was lovely, a bit hard but edible. The waffle was OK but again lacked any flavour and wasn't soft as they should be. There's plenty of better dessert places around so I'll be giving this place a miss in the future unfortunately.

Definitely my favourite place to go to fulfil my sweet tooth! Staff is very professional and friendly, haven’t disappointed me one bit. Definitely recommended! (Also, thank you for the free carrot cake, it was delicious)
