All Mitre by the way not some charity shop although you often tried to fob me off with this at times. Resorting to name calling - well that says it all. I am not the vile creature in this scenario, that title is reserved for your thieving selves.ORIGINAL POST: Lost hundreds of £s of laundry. Said they would sort out and replace/pay for. We were decent and returned items that were not ours, of which were plenty and then never heard from them again. They are liars and thieves and you should avoid them if you want to keep your linens. Quality of washing was excellent in the early days but as they got busier far too many stains and no fabric softener used. Such as shame as started off promising and then just ended up like every other poorly run money grabbing business owned by unprofessional people. Shame on you Ultraclean - we were good customers and you let us down and cost us lots of money.

Very rude guy. Not professional at all. I don't appreciate to be shout at and specially when the ovner is shouting at my partner. This type of aggressive and resist behaviour is unacceptable.
