My husband had his electric wheelchair serviced and repaired at Freedom Mobility.Dom was very professional – he answered all our questions and explained everything that he had done. The team even cleaned the chair before returning it to us.Great job and much appreciated.

The guys hear are amazing. The customer service by the lovely lady in reception before we had even looked at a scooter we where made welcome with a cup of tea. My wife was looking for a scooter which folded with out removing parts but also light enough for her to lift In and out of the car. Something other companies had told us was not available. We where listened to and where shown several new and used scooters my wife tried them all. The guys where just lovely put us at ease and there was no hard sell at all. We purchased scooter exactly what we where looking for. The sold us what we needed 100% recommend.

Yesterday bought kymco cosy 8.. this company is extremely helpful with my elderly mother....put her at ease...talked to her so she could understand...let her ride til she was happy at there showroom..even brought it to my house so she could try at home...they couldn't do enough for her...highly recommended..lovely friendly company very happy

I had an Efoldi scooter that I purchase from these guys approx a year ago. It unfortunately broke down whilst traveling abroad. These guys were amazing not only did they arrange and pay for a hire scooter but they arranged for a company to try and fix mine.Unfortunately mine was unable to be fixed abroad so on return to the UK these guys ordered me a new scooter. You get amazing support and help. I've used a couple of mobility companies but there customer service goes above and beyond.

I was given a price of £68 to put a new pair of rear tyres to my mobility scooter & a new front light bulb. On delivery to my scooter they hadn't replaced my front light bulb & wanted a completely different price of £95 I paid the completely different price but felt like I was dealing with cowboys.id advice everybody to get their quote in writing so they don't try this technique with others
