Very underrated university. I’m in my second year now studying BA English (Hons) and the staff are incredibly. Really friendly and they know you on a personal level so they are constantly there to assist you. The courses are great and varied and they have all the top notch technology and resources you would expect from any university. 24/7 library is great for studying whenever you need too. All the students are lovely and there is a massive variety of different cultures and identities. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a University

It is best university in West Midlands. Staff and the services are extraordinary. International students friendly.

Worst university on management level.Some depts may be nice but overall management fails and so the student union.The teachers don't know the regulations themselves.

I have tried endlessly over the period of a month to contact this university with regards to a Postgrad Physicians Associate course I would be paying for. I have emailed Rameez Tarim directly and he has still not replied and then I have been told to email pa application, pg admissions, admissions and I still have no clarity on the one simple question asked. Not very impressed. They can’t be that busy. I work in a hospital 5 days and even I have the courtesy to respond to people. Very unfortunate

This university is nothing but money making machine. University supposed to provide education but the finance department are so rude and disrespectful towards student. Specially Centre for Student finance (CIF) has such a bad reputation of taking international student for the purpose of making money only. Never been helpful or willingness to provide quality education within time frame. They intentionally delay so you don't complete your education on time and keep paying tuition fees for the extra years. Shameless management and lecturers. This university sindicates work together along with management and lecturers. If you don't belive then you are more than welcome to spend your money there. Good luck.

I have completed by 3 years successfully in this campus and would recommend everyone to join and the faculty are very cooperative and gives lot for opportunities for students with in their internship.

Studied here 2006-2009 eBusiness degree.Many great memories, met the first love of my life here and hold fond memories of my time here.All I will say is the communications for graduates (alumni) could be ALOT better. Otherwise fantastic place to study.

If anything bad happen in my life university will be responsible because I was attending properly classes but then university withdraw my application even I paid full fee before CAS these days I’m very depressed if anything happen in my life university will responsible. I was doing all work which was given by tutors attending full classes unfortunately I failed in my assignment but I have option of Resit exams but university withdraw my sponsorship. This is not good university.
