What sort of work place invites you for a job interview, tells you that you have the job and to hand your notice in to your current job......to then retract the job offer!!!?? Yep thats dynamic support.Absolute shambles from their staff and has potentially caused a huge problem and loss of earning because of their incompetence.And when asked for HR's telephone number or address, nothing!Should be ashamed of yourselves!!!

I have been working in care over 7 years and Dynamic is one of the best company I've ever worked for. This is the reason I'll always come back to work for the even if I'm far away with new opportunities.Working for them gives ultimate flexibility. There's always plenty of shifts going on, staff are extremely mannered, friendly and supportive and they thrive to leave employees and clients happy.Employees are encouraged and motivated by nominations for best worker of the month, planned party and so on. Training are always up to date so we feel competent and comfortable in our work. There's 24/7 support for employees which I've found useful in number of occasions.If you want a care work that will provide security, safety, flexibility and satisfaction, I'd say look no further.
