Claremont Care Home

My sister has been at Claremont for the past 2years the care she receives is very good i know she is well looked after,, I have regular contact with the staff who keep me updated on her progress and send photos or video call recommend this home to anyone

Claremont is a really good nursing home I would recommend this place to my family members

HI my wife was in Claremont Care home, and the care she received was excellent, she died suffering from. Dementia in January 20 18b but she received absolutely wonderful care whilst in Claremont

I have been visiting Claremont Care Home for the past 4 months as an essential visitor as a healthcare professional. Each time I attend I'm made to feel welcome by all the staffing team. The people who live there all seem very happy to do so despite the very difficult times we live in.At a time when the media is portraying care homes is such poor light as families struggle to see their loved ones, I wanted to post this message to reassure those with loved ones at Claremont, who need not worry as the home appears to be very well run, and those living there have a great sense of community.Thank you to all.

My dad died a few years ago. Cant deny he had good care . But for the last 4 years I have been asking for his photo. As I do not have a picture to remember my dad. As he hated pics taken. And they had a photo of him.I have asked and asked them for the picture so I could remember him but still still to this day they keep robbing me off and still got no picture . These people are supposed to care but obvious not

The care my mum received was fine. The staff lovely. However since she passed away in October this year I have been trying to get an overpayment returned from park homes to no avail. Absolutely disgusting I should have to go through this hassle after a bereavement. I doubt they'd have waited this long if we had owed them money.

Disgusting tell you u have a guaranteed room so u cancel all other viewings they give u no ring day the day befor ur ment to move in n pull the offer stay we’ll clear
