Will and Jaimie from Your Property Solutions have dealt with letting my property for nearly two years. The property was let very quickly and all management has been dealt with promptly and professionally. Having worked in estate agency myself in the past, the staff are much better than I have seen. Your Property Solutions are also currently dealing with the sale of my property. Within 24 hours of going on the market, we had two viewings, two offers and SSTC at a good price. Your Property Solutions has proven a proactive, efficient and compassionate letting agency through which to rent, and has been central to our safe and happy relocation to the area.Having been stung by very condescending and outright illegal agency business practices during the course of our previous tenancy in another town, I was nervous in dealing with a new letting agency in finding our new home - but have been nothing but impressed by the diligence and professionalism shown by this team.I have only praise to offer for the standards and work ethic shown by this business, and hope we can continue a solid working relationship for many years to come.

I have rented my little property repeatedly through Property Solutions over a number of years (around 10) and it has always been done very efficiently and professionally. I also do all of my mortgaging through the other side of the business Your Mortgage Solutions and again, fabulous service and great deals sourced for me. I suspect the one star reviews are some sort of grudge troll as I can’t see how those reviews could be of the same business... I recommend staff at work to use these people and when they do, they then go on to recommend them to others so what does that tell you?!? A good team in my and my work colleagues experience.

Great service from Andrew - he made the process of buying our house a breeze and was professional from start to finish! He has also helped us to remortgage to get a better interest rate when our fixed rate came to an end which was so quick and easy. I would not hesitate in using Andrew in our next house move, he made everything stress free!

Brilliant service, extremely knowledgeable people, and they have fantastic administrator as well. They managed to get me a mortgage with cheaper monthly repayments and better service then any bank could offer me. I am a tradesman and I have worked with Your Property Solutions for a long time now. Its always a pleasant experience every time. The staff are always helpful and so friendly. I have worked on a lot of the buildings under the umbrella of Your Property Solutions and I have spoken to a lot of their tenants. I have never heard a bad word said about this company. Highly Recommended.

My fairly poor experience may have been exacerbated my an awful Landlord, however I am not privvy to that. I believe that is partly the case, and generally how the agents operate and treat tenants like second-class citizens, along with the Landlord. Lots was a disgrace when I moved in, everything predominantly was a battle. Lots disguised about the rough area and some extremely problematic neighbours, and lots not fit for purpose. I am always an excellent tenant and neighbour, and totally fair, constructive and honest. Some took a great deal.of time and effort to sort out. Lots was left outstanding and affected my quality of life. Various I had to action myself, some striking a balance what, who paid for and actioned. Messed around and affected lots on an inspection. Harassed and bullied whilst there and since vacated. Lies, contradictions and false accusations. None of them would accept any of this. Neglect and abuse. Of course they will deny and counter argue. I never lie, nor mistreat any one. I am mature, decent, honest, constructive, intelligent and highly experienced. Truly they can not have a conscience.

I've rented through various different agents throughout my life and Your Property Solutions have, hands down, been the best ones I've dealt with. Any issues have always been sorted quickly, they're always friendly, helpful, and polite. Even during issues with the landlords, Your Property Solutions have been absolutely amazing and supportive throughout the whole process. Jaimie is an absolute star and deserves a raise or a promotion or something for just being outstanding at her job. Thoroughly recommend them if you're a tenant looking to rent. I hope we get to continue to rent through them going forward.

Worst company ever! If it had no stars I would put that. Harassing emails for paid rent, don't turn up for house inspections and abuse of a vulnerable adult.I guarantee because I gave this company a negative review they will accuse that I am a spam account.AVOID.

Jaime and Laura have been fantastic in getting us started at a new property. Having come from a nightmare situation with a God awful agency in another town it was soooo relieving to find an agency on the level.Nothing is too much to ask for and it helps you feel very safe in the rental world of today.
