Just returned from an incredible stay here. Excellent breakfast service every morning, which consisted of a varied continental spread and expertly cooked poached eggs each morning! Clean rooms, the guest house is tidy and has everything you need within a homely atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for the host, Andrew who was exceptional all week. I understand that he was covering for his dad (the owner) but nonetheless, the service was always exceptional. For the price, I cannot fault this place and will be back next time in Blackpool. It has to be among the best value guest houses in Blackpool!

Alison the host is absolutely adorable, couldn't do enough and will bend over backwards to make your stay even more pleasant. I Just stayed here for 5 days for Halloween week and I had no issues at all , the owners were nice and friendly, it was clean and it’s in the perfect location , only 2-3 min walk from blackpool north station. Had a great time ,thank you . I hope to book again soon

This is a perfect b&b if you're wanting to come to blackpool, really fairly priced, even when you add extras like a private shower. I felt really accommodated when we stayed here, it felt like home from home. They have really lovely staff. It's quite a trek from the b&b to arcades and other holiday activities. But you are really close to a giant supermarket and the train station. There's plenty of places near by to go for food and drink, and it's close to the sea and the beach. Loved my stay will definitely coming back again

Happy with location - short walk from Blackpool North station. Really enjoyed breakfast being included. We had room with en suite bathroom - very comfy.

What can I say...An ABSOLUTE fantastic place to stay.Upon arrival we were greeted with a friendly smile. After buying drinks at the hotel bar we met Alison one of the owners... She is an absolute diamond..The room was clean and tidy the shared toilet and shower room were spotless.We stayed in the first night and was treated to 3 different pizzas which Alison laid on for free. The bar prices are incredible.Nothing and I mean NOTHING was too much trouble.Breakfast was sublime the poached eggs were to die for. Great choice of cereals.. toast.. preserves and juice.John, Allison's partner wasn't there but his son Lucas made us feel welcome.We thoroughly thoroughly enjoyed our stay it was like meeting old friends and family.Lovely place. Lovely hosts.We had an EXCELLENT TIME....We will definitely be going back soon.Thank you for making us feel very very very very very very welcome xxTony and Natalie xx

We love coming to this perfect wee home from home. Alison the hostess with the mostest treats you like royalty and nothing is too much hassle. Fabulous location close to the station, ma kellys, the beach and prom. What more could you want? Thanks again

The landlady Alison and her family were wonderful hosts. Nothing was toi much for them...even to the point of loaning my son crutches when he hurt his ankle. Basic breakfast but a good choice of cereals breads juices etc. Clean tidy rooms...top floor just needs a bit of a freshen up...but perfect location for our needs. On street parking metered, however blue badge is free. (without the clock portion of your badge.) Thank you for a great couple of nights Alison...see you soon.

Rest & Welcome is a clean, warm B&B that serves an excellent breakfast (2 fried eggs or scrambled on 2 rounds of toast PLUS all the usual cereal/toast/yog/fruit). Given the amazing price I'd rate this highly.It's about a 5 minute walk from the Winter Gardens and there is free parking about 5-10 mins walk in the other direction (on road parking is time limited and expensive).
