It could be a good caring company if it wasn't for the constant staff shortages and pressure on staff to do overtime. Exhausted people can not deliver good quality care.

Excellent home care service. Very capable punctual caring staff. My mother has been receiving car from Good Oaks for well over a year now and then management team have been superb in helping us out during the various crises - extra care has been organised at short notice when necessary. I have only the highest praise for Good Oaks and have already recommended it to others.

We have had three excellent carers supplied by Good Oaks Care Agency since November 2013 . They provide 24hr care for my mother who requires hoisting for all transfers, and as part of their care do all personel and domestic services.They have all proved very pleasant and helpful, trustworthy and will go the extra mile to ensure my mother has all the help she requires. The house is always kept very clean and tidy.I have no hesitation in recommending their Agency

I am writing this review on my short but recent experience with Good Oaks. Unfortunately I was not able to complete the full recruitment process as I had unexpected commitments which meant I couldn't start work with them, but the short time that I was there I was impressed. The staff are very friendly and it definitely had a homely feel about the place. The training was relevant and interesting and I love the fact that the company has grown from just two men, wanting to achieve higher standards for the elderly needing care and the staff that support them.

I started to work with Good Oaks 7 months ago and I can't find any cons.The management and the whole support team are really helpful, friendly and professional. I've never been a carer before this job but I always find help and support when I need it.I love this job because of the clients and the team I am working with. On the top, the wages are really good too. I am proud of being part of this organisation and I can highly recommend them to clients and future carers too.

I have received care from goodoaks for 5 years. The care I receive is outstanding the carers show me respect and dignity and are so compassionate. They brighten up my days. The carers receive good quality training which really shows in the care they provide. The office team are very friendly when I phone and are so willing to help. The care generally comes from the heart at goodoaks. I highly recommend this care agency. I know I would not use any other.
