Ordered few items on uber eats.They sent me milk which had 3 march use by date and today is 10th.They don't even look at the dates when restocking.7 days old milk, someone needs proper training.

Absolutely fuming, the people who pack their online orders must be stupid!! I ordered 7 items via Uber eats and instead of calling me to say 5 of those items were unavailable they just sent out two items,TWO ITEMS!!! I PAID MORE FOR DELIVERY THAN I DID FOR THE TWO ITEMS ABSOLUTELY STUPID AND RIDICULOUS AND THEN LO AND BEHOLD THEY DONT PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!!

This has been my go-to place during the pandemic. Never had to face any queues, managed to get parking outside (surprisingly), managed to get most essentials even though things were at a shortage nationally. Thank you Iceland!! Exceptionally convenient and helpful.Highly recommend their “luxury” veg pizza and the frozen chocolate fudge cake.

I went to iceland gantshill this evening there was middle age woman on the till very rude. There were two till opened. I went to her and she was shouting why i was infront of her till. The till was not closed. I did not jump the queue she said i jumped the queue.i was not happy i left my shopping and walkedout. You don't treat a customer like that no matter what the reason was . Honestly i was shocked.No manners .she was full of anger.she needs to go on an anger management course and treat people with respect.

The frozen fish are quite good value. 3 for £10 if you mix and match. The smoked haddock was full of flavour. It's good to go there for the frozen fish or vegetables and avoid the ready made meals and the sugary snacks, as they're not as high quality.
