Peartree care home has a freindly team makes you feel as part of the team. I am always happy and look forwards to coming to work as I enjoy being part of the team. The housekeeping team work non stop to ensure the home is clean and smelling fresh. The care team always working well with residents to ensure they are being cared for ŵith good quality of care .

Since joining Peartree , I have been well supported by management and the care Team. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming.The environment is clean and homely and the resident always comes first in everything. I have worked in many homes as an agency worker but this is the first home that there are activities daily to promote residence well being and keep them active. The home is culturally diverse and celebrates each and every individual no matter where they come from. I look forward to the black history month presentation in a few days.During my induction week I sat down and observed the care team and how they relate with residence and it was so beautiful to see such amazing bond. I am proud to be part of an organisation that delivering outstanding and quality care is at the forefront of all we do and making residence happy and safe is always priority.

I become part of the big and wonderful family to Peartree two years ago.I have never seen staff that treat residents as if they were family.All the staff provide care,dignity and support to our lovely residents.Home cooked meal provided ,according to their needs and wishes .The facility is very nice and clean, and very well maintained.The manager is always around to make sure the quality of the servis and care provided meets the required standards.Residents are always taking part in activities, encouraged by the team .I feel as part of a very kind family!!

My experience working at Peartree is fantastic. The residents are cared for by trained ,qualified staffs. Staffs work as a team and we support and looked after each other as family. The home is also environmentally friendly and exhibit a positive attitude towards residents and staffs. We are also a diverse home and meals are prepared to meet everyone needs. There's variety of activities and fun and games to keep the residents active and entertained.

Working as a receptionist at Peartree Care Home, I have seen first-hand the person-centred practice that the amazing nurses, team members, management and our lovely activity co-ordinator all ensure they provide. From frequently updating care plans to reflect the wishes, preferences and needs of the residents to ensuring that all residents are included in stimulating activities that promote their well-being and health. I especially enjoy working in a place that values and appreciates their employees this is evident through teamwork and frequent training that continuously develops our duty of care! In additon, the chefs always provide the residents with healthy, delicious and culturally inclusive meals.

I have been a student at Peartree care home and cannot attest to the amazing quality of care provided to the adults and those who are vulnerable , the environment is clean, so warm and friendly full of smiles everywhere , its a culture embedded with teamwork and helping each other. The management helps with this by always being at hand to address and solve any queries or problems from team members to ensure that the high standards of of care being given are maintained all the time

I have been working at Peartree care home for over Ten years, my experience working at Peartree it that they offer training to staff that equipped them to gain further knowledge and improve there work ethics, they provides excellent services to the people living in the home, to their families and to the staff, our care home is a clean and safe environment, with a great management team that offers excellent support to all, and a friendly team, the home also provides different variety of activities that are tailored to suit individual needs, we are a mult-cultural home and provides services to meet individuals cultural needs.As a team, we also worked well and supported each other as a family.Hence, over aim is to continue to do so by providing the best quality care for all the people and their families that are in our care.

My mum was a resident of Peartree for 8 years, with vascular dementia. My late brother's comments were: he was impressed by the security, and there is a real vibrancy about Peartree". This really cuts to the chase - Peartree is so welcoming to friends and family: they love to celebrate special occasions - any excuse for a party! But these are very well-organised. The home is very friendly, the staff care about the residents nice welcoming atmosphere. The cleaniess is to a great standard. I run and facilitate weekly art sessions at Peartree. Despite the long commute that I dedicate myself to carry out, I enjoy coming to Peartree the diverse group of residents participate in the art sessions.
