Holden Farm Camping & Cafe

Very friendly welcome. Beautifully situated along the south downs way. Free use of garden tables, which was a nice comfort. Very good showers and toilets. Good breakfast service in the morning. Highly recommended!

Really tasty food (vegan onion bhaji and cauliflower pastie) drinks and very clean facilities. Cafe is outdoors but there are big event shelters over half of the benches.

This campsite is directly on the South Downs Way, which was perfect for me as I was walking it.I met the owner, a lovely lady, super helpful. I’d forgotten to pack shower gel and she managed to get some for me.The facilities are excellent, there is a room that you can sit in while having a drink or food, the next room has showers, toilets, and sinks. The last room has dish washing facilities and USB charging plugs.Their new cafe does a lovely cappuccino.

What a great café! I'm quite a regular to this great café now, and I'm always greeted with a warm welcome from the great staff and delicious food. It is in a beautiful corner of the south downs national park with stunning views and great local wildlife. Definitely worth every visit! The cafe is equipped with great facilities and a small shop selling amazing wildlife prints and camping supplies, the campsite is very spacious too. I can't wait for next season, but I'm sure I'll be back before then! Thank you Becca (and the best baristas Katy and Martha!) See you soon!

This is such a lovely campsite. Good location, big open fields and great facilities, so clean. The cafe on site serves great food too, the ham and cheese toastie is SUPER! Best I've ever had, a must try! And the staff are all really nice. We will be back very soon

Stopped on the off-chance, looking for lunch - and we were delighted. Outside seating, but under cover (Coleman event shelters), and a surprisingly broad menu considering it's prepared and served from a mobile unit. Excellent food made, where possible, from local sources. Relaxing views - it's on the South Downs Way, so great for walkers. We shall definitely return!*NOTE* it's seasonal (it's really there to service the campsite) so likely to be closed from the end of September to the following Easter.

really nice clean and well stocked farm campsite. lovely facilities... but the majority of people staying are cyclist and it was tricky hanging around until the office opened just after 9 to settle up,when you really need to get going.. and a little pricey too, so was the food from the on site hut.

I have stayed here multiple times now and have recommended it to family too! Absolute favourite campsite with everything you need. Great location, right in the South Downs Way trail!
