Had an amazing haircut by Sophie today. She was simply outstanding. I had to cut my very long hair to a short bob so she discussed with me about the hairstyle that will suit me. And the result is awesome. She took her time to gave my hair a PERFECT cut. I’m so happy bunny today. Thanks a lot Sophie. Very happy. I discovered it because of Groupon. Now, I'm a wheelchair user and the door looked accessible to me so I bought a 60 mins massage. When I arrived, I found the doorstep was too high! About 3 inches! So my powerchair couldn't get into the premises. I wouldn't leave it outside, it's not like a disabled scooter. If it got nicked, there was no way they would refund it and I would be left stranded! We had a discussion. I explained they needed a ramp to make it accessible. I explained it was also the law, the Equality and Diversity Act 2010. So they measured the width of the door. My appointment was rescheduled for a week's time. When I arrived home, I looked up a suitable ramp on eBay (I've bought several ramps over the years). Then I emailed them with my recommendations. I wasn't feeling very hopeful as I've been ignored in the past.You won't believe my delight that they ordered it, replied later in the week, it arrived and they checked it out. So I got my wheelchair into the building easily. Emily gave me a FANTASTIC massage! Being disabled means I get very stressed at times. I didn't realise how stressed I'd become. I used to have a lot of massages (until Covid 2020) so I can honestly give a knowledgeable verdict: Emily gives FANTASTIC massages. Their full prices are reasonable and affordable so I'm going back next month. I wholeheartedly recommend Revive! I went home feeling relaxed, refreshed, and yes, revived!

Very good value for money with a discount code or not! Very reasonable.Two lovely ladies looked after me and helped me save my hair!Having suffered with hair loss and very damaged hair, I left feeling confident and excited with my new style.I took a risk with a new style and was reassured throughout but she knew exactly what she was doing and very confident.Thanks for the advice and I look forward to returning in the future

Had a massage today with Emily. Really friendly, . The massage was wonderful relieved my aching muscles. Would highly recommend.The minute you walk in,, you are made to feel welcome.

Visited Jo and the other ladies this morning for a birthday treat. Wash, blow dry and straighten for me and cut and blow dry for my daughter. As ever, All the ladies are friendly and professional and prices are so reasonable. This is why this has been our hairdressers for over 10 years, would recommend to anyone xx

This was a filthy room I was ushered into by a trainee lady who I may add was lovely but only been training for 2 wks table was not sprayed clean could see oil Mark's from last person floor was filthy dirty bin in corner full up net was with brown stains at window. The lady did not have her trainer enter room once to check barring in mind had only been training physically 2 days this this wk so day 2 trainer never came in to watch or ask if ok. Would I return no place needs a complete clean.

I've been having my hair done at Revive for about a year now and my hair always looks fabulous after! All the staff are lovely & friendly and most important, they make a lovely cuppa! Highly recommend going to Revive. X

Chloe did an absolutely amazing job with my hair, gave great advice about the colour and maintenance and I can't believe how great value it was. Definitely a five star experience. She also makes a mean cup of tea!!!
