Fantastic. Bhavin Patel has really helped me during my sessions with initially easing the pain and then helping me with strengthening my muscles to prevent another injury. Easy and accessable app to remind me what the exercises are and how to do them and a reminder each day to carry out the correct exercises. Thank you.

My physio experience with Ascenti Physio was great from start to finish. Situated at Leeds Regus (Princes Exchange) which was perfect to get the train to. My physio was Bhavinkumar Patel I couldn't have wished for anyone better. Listened to my issues and addressed them with great knowledge and the exact exercise to help. Introducing me to the Ascenti app helped too with useful programs and videos of exercises. My injury cleared up alot sooner than expected so I can get out running again. More than happy.

Bhavin Patel had a in depth knowledge of muscular back issues. Bhavin was able to develop a muscle stretch programme and work up to strengthening exercises. Over 12 weeks my back has seen incredible results. Highly recommend
