Practical little shop just what u need to grab something on the go while on way to work all morning staff are lovely happy to help when u can't find what your looking for , prefer to go during the day as night time staff there never seams to be anyone in shop floor or they don't seam to know what they are doing .......

The staff tonight were lovely assisting me in the shop when i needed it. However, the regular security guard in there is as miserable as ever unfortunately. Perhaps it's in his job description to glare at every single person who walks past. We're not all there shoplifting you know!

Veryhandy and busy store in the city centre near Haymarket with a restricted but essential everyday food items and liquor Prices tend to be higher than larger shops but not excessively so Security staff visible and shop staff quick and efficient

although it may not be known to the worker i actually have hearing difficulties therefore i was talking loudly on the phone because i can’t hear myself correctly. i was minding my business not swearing, or being rude and was told to be quiet by a member of the team. i felt very humiliated. i do understand they may not realise i have hearing loss, and it may have been annoying to listen to me. i am sorry for that. but i still felt it was very rude and inconsiderate. i was only talking to my mum, saying nothing inappropriate and minding my own business.i talk at that volume all the time and usually people are considerate and thoughtful enough to let me be. i just think it was very unkind and frankly unnecessary.i i feel so mortified. i apologise if my loudness seemed inconsiderate but that is out of my control.i am very upset from this experience. i will not be returning again. i was so shocked i didn’t think to explain but simply left as quickly as i could. it felt really humiliating.i hope in the future they could be more sensitive to the fact that some people have hearing loss.

Decent little shop with good opening hours. Not a great deal of choice but you are able to get the essentials. Can get busy in peak times (after work rush etc.) And queues can be quite long. When there isn't staff to attend to the self service checkout as well it can take a while to get service.

Far to expensive needs knock there prices down have better deals on needs a upgrade needs a good clean l am suprize sainsbury's still selling stuff needs 2 closed down the stuff they sell well over price ! I can see this going bust soon needs 2 again far 2 expensive!

Opening times? A mere suggestion.Ever since the start of Covid-19, the changing opening times (which have now been set apparently" as 6pm

Every time I go in here, there's a bad atmosphere with a security guard who says nothing on the door. Today the orange machine started spewing out whole oranges from the top of the machine and spewing out juice from the sides onto the floor. Not good , worst shop ive ever been in

Quick in out self served machines so don't need to queue up card or cash

Nice little store and the staff are helpful and friendly, I just always struggle to find what I'm looking for here, also doesn't really offer great value. There is a similar size Tescos just round the corner with better prices on the essentials and seemingly better range too.
