Every visit when using the drive through the server says can you park up for a while please" . This is because there are so many Uber and just eat wallers doing Mc Deliveries to lard arses sat at home get preference over drive thro. A coop droid would be faster than the drive through."

I'm sorry to say I am one of those people who dives in for a an urgent toilet stop without buying any thing. but I have to say I had a choice between, McDonalds , Kentucky and the petrol station opposite and you were my preferred choice. so thanks for being there. I do like a bacon burger every now and again but I had a packed lunch and a flask of tea with me on this occasion.

Not keen on the new refit, less seats. The staff seem really fed up compared to other maccys. Our food took 15mins to come out and was cold and when I took it back he said it had sat ok the side for awhile and thought I’d return it but he wanted to see… they only changed the chips and the nuggets and burger was still cold. This is the 3rd time I’ve been since the refit and it’s always the same issues. No one is happy or approchable.

Shambles! A simple order of a flat white, ten minute wait, no sign of the drink, no staff to speak to, ended up waking out £1.99 down for nothing other than a ten minute waste of my life. Tried phoning afterwards multiple times to speak to a manager but no one answered. Won’t be going back to this shambles of a Donald’s

I Mean Yeah.. Toilets might be clean but, Count you Chicken Nuggets. Ordered a box of 20 and only received 17 in the Box. Cant even trust Ronald McDonald in these times we live in.

not happy with the service at all yesterday was been ordered some food through the app so received the wrong order. After I went for the McDonald’s by myself to explain them like I receive wrong order so and I show them my order which I was ordering, but when I back home and I check my food it was missing to ice cream so it still I’m not get there what I was ordering and what i was pay for so customer service wasn’t good at all. The lady who serve me seems to be tried to sort out the problem, but the manager even didn’t offer the apology Bye treats I was asked by myself and there was agreed to give me apple pie, but I’m not recommend at all to visit that place

Hair in the burger you can see its clearly melted into the cheese so they cant say its fake, wrong order and also came cold took one bite out of it and nearly threw up! Tried talking to the manager through the uber drivers phone and she refused to talk to me. Disgusting!!*edit. Got through to the manager eventually and she stated that she did not speak to any uber driver and hadn't received any complaints.

McDonald's have introduced a rewards program. If you order through their app, you can place your order on the McDonald's app weather it be for delivery or collection either way.Be sure to get your rewards added to your order. You'll be able to earn rewards quickly that you'll be able to exchange for items up to the value of your rewards amount.Another new feature on their app is that they have 3 daily offers that you can take advantage of.If you place an order on the McDonald's app to gain your rewards, you then have multiple options. If you're picking your order up, once you arrive at the location of your chosen store, just click 'I'm here' on the McDonald's app. You can then either go through the drive thru with your order code, let them know which bay you're parked in so that they can bring your order out to you, you can go into the store to collect your order with your order reference, alternatively you can have your order delivered to your preferred address.I'd advise anyone to ask for their fries without salt as they are usually extremely salty, plus they're often cold. They usually have to make a fresh batch with no salt for you meaning you'd get freshly cooked fries.You can also make adjustments to most orders without extra cost. For example, when I order drinks, I request no ice as I find that ice dilutes your drink, plus you usually get more of your chosen drink as ice takes up quite a lot of room in the cups.You can also make adjustments on food items, for example opt for no lettuice or tomato etc. The staff are usually helpful at trying to accommodate for your requirements.If you're ordering in store or through the drive thru, always check you've got what you ordered prior to leaving. I've forgotten to do so in the past, and to get home on two occasions to realise there were items missing from my family's order was frustrating.Yes, McDonald's put this right with us after I called then, and contacted them via the app, but it spoilt the meals on the two occasions, teenagers is all I'll say.If you order from Uber Eats, feel free to get £10 off using my code: 'eats-guncvr'You can also grab your McDonald's orders via Uber Eats & most other delivery apps.If ordering through Uber eats, I'd request that your cold drinks especially milkshakes & Mcflurrys come in a separate bags.I've had many orders where the Mcflurry has melted into liquid because the driver put the ice cream with the hot food.If this happens, feel free to contact Uber Eats to let them know you weren't satisfied & why.
