Natural Born Flooring

We’ve just had our stairs, landing and loft recarpeted by Ross and his team, and also had Karndean fitted in two bedrooms. I can’t recommend them enough - they have been eternally patient in helping us decide on carpets and fitting styles, allowing us to change our minds numerous times, then not minding when we had to push back fitting dates several times due to overrunning building time. Their work is immaculate and the results stunning, and the fitters have always been extremely respectful of our home. Excellent customer service from a family run company and we wouldn’t think of using anyone else.

We bought carpets for our lounge and bedroom - Colin and his son gave us great advice and very personal service. They fitted the carpets very professionally, and 6 months later, when British Gas had to take up the carpets to find a leak under the floorboards, Colin came around to tack the carpets back into place - no charge, no hassle! Now that's what I call excellent after sales service. Thanks Colin - I'm so glad we went local, and we'll definitely be recommending you to friends.

What a fantastic company! The experience from entering the shop to getting the floor fitted was seamless. Colin helped us out hugely with choice and made great suggestions. Ross measured up and challenged our initial ideas and suggested something which he felt was better for our house and he was right! This shows the passion these guys have for getting a job done well.Ross came after work and Christmas Eve to make sure we were all sorted. Brill!We got our whole house done and you definitely get what you pay for. It doesn't look cheap so don't expect it to be cheap!

Ross, Chris and team have a massive range of flooring in a compact convenient shop. It saved us a lot of time being able to see different materiels conveniently. We chose bamboo flooring. We were quite stressed customers as our insurance company's builders were a nightmare, we had to re-arrange the start date with Natural Borne who were calm and accomodating. The flooring looks great, also makes the house much brighter as it's a light colour and has a slight sheen and is very durable tested by 4 children and 8 puppies hammering it. We had one join near the doorway that split apart a few months later - possibly that section of floor is a bit uneven. We didn't get back to Natural Borne for well over a year due to busy lives and not wanting tradespeople in the house during covid. He came and fixed it while we were on holiday. Terrific service.

Professional, friendly, and helpful. Ross & Chris ordered flooring from a 3rd party for us as what we wanted wasn't in their range, even though the job was only two rooms. Ross gave helpful advice on new scotia to improve the look of existing flooring which made a huge difference (just like new, really) for just a small additional cost, and used the overage to nicely fix the interior of a cupboard. Reasonably priced and responsive to queries, and finished the job quicker than expected!

Ross and the team have done a brilliant job. We had rubber floors in our bathroom which are great, but the highlight is the stair runner that Ross has done for us. It looks simply stunning. Brilliant service from folk who know what their talking about and are happy and willing to go the extra mile to ensure excellent finish. Thank you.

They are a small busy team. Got quotes with most of the main floor installers and very few gave me confidence. Natural Born Flooring installed a bathroom & shower room with Karndean flooring which had a few awkward corners, excellently fitted and finished beautifully. It was not all completed on the same day but they did what they said they would do at a competitive price. Will use again and very happy to recommend.*****

I can't praise Chris, Ross and the team at Natural Born Flooring highly enough. Chris gave excellent advice about floor coverings and guided us through the process of ordering what we needed for our house. Ross and his team of fitters were always punctual and professional and the work was completed on time and to a high standard. Because of a complicated schedule of house renovation we needed to change dates on a number of occasions and Chris was always flexible and accommodating. We felt really well looked after. Very happy with the Marmoleum they laid in our kitchen and bathrooms, the Brockway natural wool carpets in the bedrooms and living rooms and the Telenzo carpet on the stairs. Their choice and knowledge of products is outstanding. Great also to be able to support a local business. Use them if you can!
