Rang up enquiring about a sat nav update. Lady on the phone didn't seem interested in helping at all. Said that elderly customers can do it themselves so I shouldn't have a problem. Wouldn't recommend, probably only interested if you're buying a car from them.

All of the staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and personable. They made what had been a terrible experience with Hyundai so much easier to deal with. We were kept completely up to date even though there were issues with cars making it through customs and your backlogs there and on the day we took the car home, I couldn't have been happier. Your staff have given me back my freedom.

Collected my used 21 plate Kia XCeed 22/9/23.Very impressed as I've only had various Fords for the last 35 years and fancied a change and Kia seemed to tick all the boxes especially the 7 year warranty.Ahmet who showed me round my vehicle of choice was a pleasure to deal with, very polite and not at all pushy. Didn't try to push the extra insurance products on me ie, cosmetic cover, tyre and alloy cover etc once I'd said no to them. I did however purchase a 4 year service plan.Ahmet took me for a test drive and explained features of the car and was very knowledgeable in all aspects.Wish all car sales personnel were like Ahmet.When collecting Ahmet introduced me to Johnathan who did the handover who was also a pleasure to deal with.Jonathan showed me around my new vehicle, explained the controls etc and kindly set up my phone.Nice touch with my name in the front.I must also add the car was spotless inside and out, so well done to the valeting team.Ahmet has also just phoned me 25/9 to check everything is OK which was nice.I would not hesitate to recommend D M Keith Doncaster.Car sales as it should be. Visited today to look at a car (obviously). Jake looked after us. Great customer services. Friendly, honest, interested. Not pushy in anyway at all. Had lots of knowledge about the car and was able to answer all the questions we had and more. The manager, even though busy, made sure he said hello and introduced himself. A pleasant experience which made our mind up to buy from them. Looking forward to driving the car away.Collecting my car Jonathan provided a great handover. Made sure I was happy with the Niro, happy I new all the gadget and helped me set it all up. Great experience from all.

Collected our new KIA SPORTAGE on Monday , and never have we had such excellent service from a dealer. Nick has kept us updated from the day of ordering, and on collection we had a brilliant handover from both Nick and also Jonathan . Both made us so welcome, and couldn't have done enough for us.
