I’ve been with boots opticians for two years and in that time purchased 5 pairs of glasses. All glasses were rubbish. The lens fell out of two of them . The arms broke of the others. The final straw came when they refused to repair the latest broken arm. I am very carful with glasses and feel very let down . I shall now be switching back to my previous opticians where I never had an issue and wonder why I switched in the first place!

Natasha, my optometrist, was totally articulate in her explanation of my eye scan, continuing right through my test and questions with a professional attitude and fluent analyses of my eye health. My questions were answered immediately and in a jargonfree way that gave me confidence in the whole visit outcome. Her followthrough advice was equally essential. So thanks to Natasha and to the unfazeable friendly Leza who helped me afterwards.

Excellent service when purchasing glasses... Edel, Caiomhe and Erin were very helpful indeed. Atmosphere was relaxed and friendly and overall an enjoyable experience!
