I tried one of the special burgers but regretted it was a small dry burger filled with salad to the max. The portion of chips was also a small portion.There was nothing that standed out other than the plain water from a bottle. The food was tasteless and dry even though the burger was dripped in sauce.

Taste very nice but not very hot.First time coming to the Nottingham branch, very easy to order with lots of choices.We both ordered the Boo-lumi burgers. They tasted wonderful but they were not hot at all, the sweet chilli sauce and lettuce was freezing cold which made the whole burger cold.We are inside and tucked it straight away.We ate at the derby branch yesterday and it wss much better with the temperature.Also extremely empty considering it is a Saturday lunch time.Staff were nice.

First time came here to Boo Burger with my daughter. We ordered classic burgers. But when they arrived, they were nothing like ones in the menu. They buns were small n the meat were thin although the meat tasted nice. The chips had no salt on them and tasted bland. I couldnt find any salt available on the side counter.

OK so I've been lamenting the drop in options for quick, unpretentious burgers in Nottingham and thought this might fill the gap.The Good: Anti-social me loves ordering on the screens. Great. There are good vegan options (chicken and beef) and it's nice to have a choice of chip species. Toilets are clean. Free refills on the soda fountains, pepsi max cherry is my poison. It's nice that there is a prayer room. The staff, though they appear kind of bewildered, are very nice and they try hard. The TASTE of the burger is nice. Chip portions are good. Prices are reasonable.The bad: It's NEVER busy, so the atmosphere is kind of grim. However, despite the lack of people, food still kind of takes AGES and the staff are *super* slow. I do not know how or if they will cope if this place ever gets a run on. The burgers are lukewarm. The beepers don't work so you just have to guess at when your order is ready based on its appearance..I've been twice now and both times have had the same problems.
