I bought a curtain pole and there wasn't any fittings and one of the pole ends was missing. I'll be taking it back tomorrow. It is going to cost me another £5.40 on the bus to return it. So I am going to be out of pocket....not impressed at all

Colchester Borough Homes do absolutely nothing about mass antisocial behaviour. I was also left for three years with all the flooring right the way through my house crumbling away and heard nothing but excuse after excuse. House flooded with concrete dust, brick dust all day every day. I'm also bullied within the street by older neighbours that think they're the only people on the planet entitled to a bungalow, despite me having extensive medical problems. I'm also just short of being 50 myself. The road is toxic, the estate is dangerously out of control and you're just ignored! You're a disgrace! If I could put pictures up I would!

Hi thereYour right there mark I am in the same boat they are nothing but Bullies, towards council tenants regardless of your tenants rights.I have been Threatened, Bullied, Invasion of my human rights have been Violated.I am in exactly the same situation where's I have got my local MP involved also.the council are supposed to lead by example and follow policies and procedures, in actual fact they like breaking them This is worst council I have come across

Colchester Borough Homes are the worst landlords i have ever had, despite having some really bad ones, and they actually appear to go out of their way to not resolve tenants issues, until the media or the deputy prime minister’s office are contacted, and yes, i have had to escalate matters to the deputy PM’s office before, and will be again if they don’t resolve current issues they’re ignoring.
