Surprised how much was on display, very well presented. Christine was so helpful. We’re looking for something for my 18 yr old daughter and Christine did very well with her. Very glad we popped in.

Came into store to look at storage, particularly for bedroom. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a lovely lady I believe to be called Tracey if I remember correctly. I was very impressed as she had a lovely smile of greeting and her demeanor was also as warm as her smile. It was very nice not to be hampered without someone breathing down your neck whilst trying to privately browse. Very impressed, will be coming again!

Christine was very friendly, she showed us a range of options and colours. She was lovely with our young daughter too, made us feel very welcome. It's so nice to discuss big purchases face to face.

Our visit to Hammonds Cross Hands was very useful. Christine was most knowledgeable and helpful but most importantly for us she was patient and took her time to understand what we were looking for. She obviously has good knowledge of the product range as she then came up with some great ideas. Christine organised a design visit at the time and even followed up with a phone call to remind us of the time and date and check that all was still ok for the visit. All in all, so far, a good experience and first class customer care.

A visit to Hammonds at Leekes, Cross Hands today resulted in us meeting a lady called Christine who gave us suitable information on the quality and range of fitted wardrobes available, discussing our requirements and listening to our comments in a professional and quiet manner. I am confident the brochures she requested, will be sent to us and when we move and settle in our new home, just one phone call will be required to her, to organise a site visit to take our project forward. I visited Leeks today and was very impressed with the sales assistant Christine she spent a lot of time with us going through a lot of possibilities for a fitted wardrobe and with her knowledge and help we've decided to have Hammond's come to measure up for fitted wardrobe' s thank you Christine much appreciated.
