Absolutely brilliant! My wife’s car had ‘collected’ a few scrapes, dinks and a broken mirror over the last year or so and it’s a beautiful car so it deserved a refresh. From the outset, Ian was polite, interested and reassuring. I had no reservations about the standard of work I could expect after that initial meeting. I collected the car three days later and it now looks brand new again. Here’s one simple but thought provoking fact that demonstrates their professionalism. The broken mirror was a real challenge (the car is a Lexus CT200h) and every time I’ve searched for the replacement parts to fix the mirror, I failed. Not so Ian! He sourced the broken bits, had them delivered from Belgium and replaced them within the three days. A new full replacement mirror is upward of £700. Ian just charged me for the bits, saving me nigh on £600. THANK YOU Ian and team. Happy wife, happy life! I can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

I can’t find the words to explain how deeply I regret using Ian Taylor Body Repairs. The website makes you believe they are a passionate local business with pride in their work but my experience has been the opposite. The repairs on my car were a rushed, cost cutting, careless effort. They also didn’t complete the work as agreed. Deeply disappointing.
