My kid broke their glasses, they were 6+ months old but Specsavers were awesome and fixed them on the spot without an appointment.Excellent service and made my 12-year-old's day as they were gutted to have broken their favorite glasses

Felt like I was on a Conveyable belt, try to sell me the most expensive lenses, when picking up my glasses, that I had to phone up to find out if they were ready or not, I was told to sit down, I watch 6 members of staff watch one staff member put the new glasses away, after 10 minutes looking at my new glasses on the desk, I decided to ask for them so I could go. I will not be returning to Specsavers.

All 3 doctors that have hosted me were more than kind. They were very clear with every single treatment and every measurement they make. I appreciate the way they dealt with my problem, the time they took for me, the way they are so kind, and very important; the most clear way they speak English to understand. This last can sometimes be the most important thing for expats.All my comments are applicable to all doctors I've seen at your organization.I'm very pleased to feel better after all the treatments.

I went in with a concern about my eyesight, which the team treated as an emergency. I was seen quickly and given a thorough set of tests. Everyone I spoke to was kind, reassuring and very informative. The optician explained the tests and the results clearly. I felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend this store.

Highly efficient machine! Very well organized but very busy and crowded. The Optitian was actually really nice, along with the lady who sold me the glasses but you get the impression that it’s all about the money rather than the customer experience. I was really disappointed to find that there are no customer toilets and I had to leave my appointment to visit a nearby public convenience. Not the best.
