I brought my car from Auto Haus in Jan 2023 with a reasonable price and fix some defects even after one week of purchase with FOC and also I got many supports from them whenever I am asking. Even today (24/07/2023) I met them and ask them to support my MOT service for my car and they gave me full support. I really recommended them to choose your next car purchase. I eve you brought your car from them, I am sure they will have you good support whenever you required. I gave Autohaus as reference to many of my friends as I am very satisfied with their service.

Got a car from them over 2 years(Corsa vxr). Had an issue after 6 months(a garage tried to bill me 1k for a rear axle.) These guys offered to take the car in and fix for free( even though it was out of warranty(I never took them up on this) Turned out I only needed a bushing.

The guys that own this car dealership have honestly been amazing. They let me put a deposit down and pay the rest when I collected the car, they completed all the little cosmetic jobs I wanted doing on the car and gave me full AA cover for a year. I would 100% recommend this dealership. Friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. I love my new car and they don’t make it complicated.. nice and easy. 100% use again. They also gave me a car to use free of charge until my car was ready to collect. I really cannot fault the service. Massive thank you guys !

Car threw out an oil pressure warning on the way home from the garage. They had the car in their possession for almost the whole first 9 months of me owning it while they promised time and again it would be fixed. Each time they returned it the same warning came on within a day. Finally handed the car back after 9 months and told me it was my driving causing the issue. 3 months later it developed a terminal oil leak. The same system the ongoing warning light was. No reply to my complaint and no response when Trading Standards wrote to them either. AVOID

BEWARE ! SCAM !Extremely disappointed, travelling 250 miles round trip to view a BMW X5 that was NOT as described. There was no evidence of a service carried out or an MOT inspection, the car was absolutely filthy with rubbish still left behind despite several reassurances from “Gary” that it would be fully valeted and vehicle checked out fully before handover. He could not even confirm wether the service was carried out or not ! The owner now refuses to repay the deposit saying it’s to cover fees for getting work done and listing etc etc.The vehicle was back on all sites within 48 hours! Shouldn’t be allowed to keep deposit when they are misrepresenting will be taking this further. Absolutely shocking behaviour !
